This blog post features our small preview of photos from our full photo gallery of pictures of 1932 N Burling Street Chicago. 1932 N Burling is the ultimate Chicago city estate. Miller + Miller Architectural Photography was thankful to be hired as the luxury real estate photographers to photograph this unrivaled in Chicago luxury mansion home for sale. Newsworthy, it was our honor to photograph Chicago’s priciest home.

1932 N Burling is a mega mansion located in Lincoln Park in the Burling Orchard Howe district. The property hits the real estate market today at the record most expensive home listing in Chicago asking price of $50 million!

1932 North Burling tops the formerly record breaking asking price in Chicago of Trump International Hotel & Tower’s top floor penthouse originally priced at $32 million in 2012 and in 2011 Chicago’s North shore suburbs the house Le Grand Reve at 68 Locust Winnetka originally listed for sale at $32 million dollars.

The most expensive home in the Chicago real estate market, 1932 N Burling is a 25,000 square foot Lincoln Park mansion. Built in 2008, it was a first of its kind in the famed multi-million dollar, north side Chicago neighborhood. Built by owners Richard and Michaela Parrillo, the home stands on a parcel which is more than eight city lots on Burling Street. Reportedly the couple have $65 million invested into the home covering the cost to purchase the land and build the mansion. Undoubtedly, the property at 1932 N Burling is in a class of its own affording to a buyer one-of-a-kind luxury living residing minutes from downtown Chicago and Chicago’s loop.

A few of the numerous home details include the gated expansive 8 city lot lavishly landscaped grounds with privacy, arbor, fountains, reflection pool, terrace and rooftop with skyline views. Inside incredible ornate home construction details, wood-trimmed arched passageways, marble floors, plaster ceiling details and the home’s centerpiece is an ornate black and gold wrought iron balustrade curving staircase.   Residence Designed by Architect:  Thomas Beeby, HBRA Architects | Contractor:  Bulley & Andrews Residential & Restoration  | Listing By Jameson Sotheby’s International Real Estate Agent Team:  Matt LeutheuserTim Salm  | Custom Windows & Doors by Reilly Architectural
